DiaMedica Therapeutics Reaches Patient Enrollment Milestone for Phase 2/3 Trial of DM199 in Acute Ischemic Stroke

DiaMedica Therapeutics has reached a patient enrollment milestone of 200 participants for its Phase 2/3 clinical trial of DM199 in acute ischemic stroke. An independent Data Safety Monitoring Board will conduct an interim analysis after these participants complete their 90-day follow-up, which may lead to adjustments in the trial's sample size, expected to range from 300 to 728. The interim analysis is anticipated to be completed in the first quarter of 2027.
