Dianomi PLC Shareholders Approve Recommended Acquisition by Taboola Europe Limited

Dianomi PLC shareholders approved the recommended acquisition by Taboola Europe Limited, a subsidiary of Taboola.com Ltd. The proposal received 99.9997% of votes cast at the Scheme Court Meeting and 99.99999% at the General Meeting on November 6, 2026. The scheme is expected to take effect on November 16, subject to remaining conditions including court sanction, with Dianomi’s AIM trading admission expected to be cancelled at 7:00 a.m. on November 17.
