DigitalOcean reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $321 million, up 40% year over year, and adjusted EPS of $0.45, above the FactSet consensus estimate of $0.32. ARR reached a record $1.285 billion, with growth driven by AI customer ARR and million-dollar customer accounts. The company forecast fourth-quarter revenue of $348 million to $351 million and adjusted EPS of $0.30 to $0.32, and raised its full-year 2026 revenue expectation to approximately $1.21 billion.
