Dover Corporation Reports Third Quarter 2026 Financial Results

Dover Corporation reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $2.2 billion, an 8% increase year-over-year, with organic revenue growth of 7%. GAAP earnings from continuing operations rose 11% to $337 million, and GAAP diluted EPS increased 14% to $2.50. Adjusted earnings from continuing operations were $388 million, up 7%, with adjusted diluted EPS growing 10% to $2.88. The company also projected full-year 2026 GAAP EPS between $8.93 and $9.08, and adjusted EPS between $10.60 and $10.75.
