EDAG Engineering Group AG Reports Preliminary Nine-Month Results and Revises 2026 Revenue Guidance

EDAG Engineering Group reported preliminary, unaudited revenue of EUR 498.7 million for the first nine months of 2026, down from EUR 547.2 million a year earlier. Adjusted EBIT improved to EUR 4.7 million from a loss of EUR 4.5 million. Citing restructuring and transformation at automotive customers and cautious industrial demand, the company no longer expects to recover the revenue shortfall in the fourth quarter. EDAG revised its 2026 revenue outlook to a decline of up to approximately 10%, from up to 5% previously, while keeping its EBIT margin guidance at up to approximately 3%.
