Enerflex Ltd. Reports Third Quarter 2026 Financial Results and Dividend Increase

Enerflex reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $623 million and EPS of $0.45, versus FactSet estimates of $632.7 million and $0.33, respectively. The company raised its quarterly dividend by approximately 17% to $0.035 per share, payable November 25, 2026. It reported record bookings and a backlog of $1.0 billion and $2.1 billion, respectively, and secured a contract to provide more than 1.0 gigawatt of low-emission natural-gas-fired power generation for a North American data center development.
