Eikon Therapeutics Presents Clinical Data for PARP1 and WRN Helicase Programs at ESMO 2026

Eikon Therapeutics presented new clinical data for its oncology pipeline at the 2026 ESMO Congress, focusing on EIK1003, a PARP1 inhibitor, showing efficacy in platinum-resistant ovarian and breast cancer. The company also introduced initial data for its WRN helicase inhibitors, EIK1004 and EIK1005. Eikon plans to advance EIK1003 in a combination study with paclitaxel and platinum-based chemotherapy, with initial results expected in the second half of 2027, and to start a combination arm for EIK1004 with docetaxel.
