Elutia Obtains $8M Payment from Boston Scientific; Co. Now Fully Funded into 2029

Elutia Inc. has received an $8 million payment from Boston Scientific, completing the financial transaction related to the sale of its BioEnvelope business. This payment was released after an indemnity holdback period following the $88 million deal that closed on October 1, 2025. Elutia is now fully funded through the first year of its NXT-41x commercial launch and into 2029, without requiring an equity offering.
