Euroseas Signs Contract For Construction Of Two Specialized 2,800 Containerships; Each Vessel To Be Priced At ~$46.35M

Euroseas Ltd. has signed a contract for the construction of two specialized 2,800 TEU high-reefer containerships at Huanghai Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. in China, with each vessel priced at approximately $46.35 million. These vessels are designed to meet EEDI Phase 3 and IMO NOx Tier III standards and will be delivered in June and August of 2028. The company plans to finance the acquisition through a mix of debt and equity and has the option to order up to four additional similar vessels.
