Establishment Labs Extends Master Supply Agreement With NuSil Technology To December 31, 2031

Establishment Labs Holdings Inc. has extended its Master Supply Agreement with NuSil Technology LLC to December 31, 2031, through an amendment effective January 1, 2027. The agreement includes automatic renewals for up to five additional one-year terms unless terminated by either party. The amendment also updates provisions related to the manufacture and sale of medical-grade silicone, payment terms, business continuity, and intellectual property.
