Evaxion Reports Phase II Results for EVX-01 in Advanced Melanoma

Evaxion Biotech reported that its personalized neoantigen vaccine candidate EVX-01 achieved a 75% objective response rate in a Phase II study of patients with advanced melanoma when combined with pembrolizumab. The company said responses were durable and vaccine-induced T-cell activity was sustained, while noting the results came from a small study population.
