Evoke plc Reports Q3 2026 Trading Update

Evoke plc reported group revenue of £406 million for Q3 2026, a 7% decrease on a reported basis and a 2% decline on a like-for-like constant currency basis, attributed to customer-friendly sports results and the closure of around 270 retail shops. The company highlighted the impact of increased industry taxation on its operations and called for government consideration in the upcoming Autumn Budget. Additionally, Evoke confirmed that its acquisition by Bally's Intralot S.A. is on track for completion in late Q4 2026 or early Q1 2027, pending conditions and regulatory approvals.
