Reliance Global Group Repays In Full Its ~$4.4M Term Loan With Oak Street Funding, Co. Has No Outstanding Term Debt

Reliance Global Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: EZRA) has fully repaid its term loan of approximately $4.4 million with Oak Street Funding, eliminating its only term debt. The repayment was funded through proceeds from the sale of Southwestern Montana Insurance Center and Altruis Benefit Consulting, along with cash previously held as collateral. Following the repayment, Reliance has over $6 million in cash on its balance sheet.
