Ferrovial Reveals Commercial Close Of I-24 Southeast Choice Lanes In Tennessee

Ferrovial has reached a commercial close with the Tennessee Department of Transportation for the I-24 Southeast Choice Lanes project in Nashville, marking Tennessee's largest single capital investment and its first public-private partnership. The DriveTN consortium, led by Ferrovial and including Transurban and Tikehau Star Infra, will finance, design, build, operate, and maintain the lanes under a 50-year concession. The project will add new lanes along a 26-mile stretch of I-24, aimed at improving travel times and traffic flow.
