FORTEC Elektronik AG Publishes 2025/2026 Consolidated Financial Results

FORTEC Elektronik AG reported fiscal 2025/2026 revenue of €81.2 million, above its forecast range of €76.0 million to €80.0 million. Consolidated EBIT was a loss of €0.7 million, better than the projected loss of €1.0 million to €1.5 million. The order backlog rose to approximately €54.6 million from €50.0 million a year earlier. Management plans to propose a dividend of €0.20 per share at the February 10, 2027 annual general meeting, citing the results and future financing needs.
