Starfighters Space Advances STARLAUNCH 1 Toward Planned December Captive-Carry Flight

Starfighters Space is advancing its STARLAUNCH™ 1 air-launch program, with the initial suborbital development vehicle set for a captive-carry flight in December. The company has finalized the airframe design and ordered flight hardware from Robby Moto Engineering S.R.L. The flight will take place between NASA’s Kennedy Space Center and Cecil Spaceport, aiming to demonstrate flight characteristics and test aircraft integration. Additionally, the flight may include the Wind Tunnel in the Sky™ hardware for a customer-funded rideshare mission.
