Forum Markets Creates Forum Edge AI Joint Venture With Edge Node

Forum Markets, Incorporated (Nasdaq: FRMM) has established a joint venture, Forum Edge AI LLC, with Edge Node Inc. to enhance its AI infrastructure capabilities. The venture, formed on October 2, 2026, will manage high-performance inference compute capacity, beginning with a portfolio that includes a 4 MW data center in Dallas and a 9 MW data center campus in High Point, N.C. Forum holds majority ownership of the joint venture and plans to expand its operations by contracting additional sites with other communications tower owners.
