Gamma Communications plc Shareholders Approve Recommended Cash Acquisition

Gamma Communications shareholders approved the recommended cash acquisition by Bradbury Bidco Limited at reconvened meetings on November 2, 2026. The proposal received 78.31% of votes cast at the Court Meeting and 78.91% at the General Meeting. Having secured key regulatory clearances, the acquisition is expected to take effect in the first quarter of 2027, when Gamma’s stock-market listing will be cancelled.
