GE Aerospace JV CFM International Signs MoU With Turkish Airlines To Purchase 300+ LEAP-1B Engines, Including Spares

CFM International, a joint venture of GE Aerospace, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Turkish Airlines for the purchase of over 300 LEAP-1B engines, which includes spares. This long-term services agreement will cover more than 600 LEAP-1B engines operated by Turkish Airlines and its subsidiary AJet. The MoU also includes a material services agreement to support the establishment of an engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul facility in Türkiye.
