Geron Corporation Reports Third Quarter 2026 Financial Results

Geron Corporation reported third-quarter 2026 net income of $1.4 million, compared with a net loss of $18.4 million a year earlier, on revenue of $60.1 million, supported by demand for its blood cancer therapy RYTELO. The company maintained its 2026 RYTELO revenue outlook at the mid-to-high end of $220 million to $240 million and lowered its full-year operating expense guidance to $220 million–$230 million from $230 million–$240 million. Geron had approximately $339.4 million in cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities as of September 30, 2026.
