GE Vernova Reports Q3 2026 Results and Increases Share Repurchase Authorization

GE Vernova reported Q3 2026 earnings of $4.81 per share on $12.64 billion in revenue, beating analyst estimates of $4.03 per share and $11.99 billion. The company raised its 2026 revenue guidance to $46.5 billion–$47.5 billion from $45.5 billion–$46.5 billion. Its board doubled the share repurchase authorization to $20 billion from $10 billion, while management said strong electricity-infrastructure demand could push backlog above $200 billion in Q4.
