Glaukos Enters Exclusive License Agreement With RevOpsis Therapeutics To Develop And Commercialize RO-104, A Novel Tri-Specific Biologic

Glaukos has entered an exclusive license agreement with RevOpsis Therapeutics to develop and commercialize RO-104, a novel tri-specific biologic aimed at treating conditions such as neovascular age-related macular degeneration and diabetic macula edema. The agreement also provides Glaukos with exclusive rights to RevOpsis' RevMod™ platform for the discovery and development of up to four additional retinal biologic candidates. RO-104 is engineered to block key angiogenic pathways and has shown superior preclinical efficacy compared to existing anti-VEGF therapies.
