Genmab, AbbVie Announce Data From Phase 3 EPCORE DLBCL-2 Study Of Epcoritamab Demonstrates Reduction In Disease Progression, Death By 51% For Large B-Cell Lymphoma

Genmab A/S (NASDAQ: GMAB) and AbbVie (NYSE: ABBV) announced positive topline results from the Phase 3 EPCORE DLBCL-2 trial for epcoritamab, which showed a 51% reduction in the risk of disease progression or death in newly diagnosed patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma compared to standard R-CHOP treatment. The trial demonstrated a statistically significant improvement in progression-free survival (PFS) for patients with an International Prognostic Index (IPI) score of 2 to 5. The safety profile of epcoritamab in combination with R-CHOP was well tolerated and consistent with previous reports.
