GreenPower Motor Inks Letter Of Intent With Invisible Urban Charging To Create Framework To Evaluate, Jointly Develop Integrated Electric-Fleet Solutions

GreenPower Motor Company Inc. (NASDAQ: GP) has signed a Letter of Intent with Invisible Urban Charging, Inc. to collaboratively develop integrated electric-fleet solutions. This partnership aims to combine GreenPower's electric vehicle platforms with IUC's charging infrastructure and operational capabilities. IUC has raised over US$2.5 billion to support its electric mobility initiatives.
