Granite REIT Reports Q3 2026 Results, $270.5 Million in Acquisitions, and Distribution Increase

Granite REIT reported third-quarter 2026 net operating income of $136.0 million, up from $127.1 million a year earlier. It closed $270.5 million in acquisitions and raised its targeted annualized distribution by 4.23% to $3.70 per unit, effective with the December 2026 distribution. Leasing activity included a 0.1-million-square-foot expansion amendment and a new 0.8-million-square-foot lease in Locust Grove, Georgia.
