Gran Tierra Energy Reveals Ratification Of its Onshore Exploration, Development And Production Sharing Agreement in Azerbaijan

Gran Tierra Energy Inc. announced that the Milli Majlis, the Parliament of Azerbaijan, has ratified its exploration, development, and production sharing agreement (EDPSA) for the onshore Guba-Khazaryani region. This agreement was originally signed with the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan on February 18, 2026. The ratification marks a significant step for Gran Tierra in expanding its operations in Azerbaijan.
