Heron Therapeutics Enters Multi-product Development And License Agreement On Sept 23, 2026; Granted Exclusive License To Market Products In U.S.; Co To Pay Milestone And Royalty Payments Under License Agreement

On September 23, 2026, Heron Therapeutics, Inc. entered into a multi-product Development and License Agreement with Long Grove Pharmaceuticals and Capstone Development Services. The agreement grants Heron an exclusive license to market certain products in the U.S. and a non-exclusive license to manufacture them worldwide. Heron is obligated to pay regulatory and sales-based milestone payments, as well as royalties, under this agreement.
