Howmet Aerospace Reports Third Quarter 2026 Results

Howmet Aerospace reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $2.70 billion, up 29% year over year, with GAAP EPS of $1.42 and adjusted EPS of $1.46, up 54%. Adjusted EBITDA margin rose 310 basis points to 32.5%, supported by demand across aerospace, defense and turbine markets, while free cash flow totaled $562 million. The company increased its share repurchase authorization by $5.0 billion, raised its 2026 financial projections and issued an initial 2027 revenue outlook of approximately $11.5 billion.
