ImmunityBio, Inc. announced long-term data from its Phase 2/3 QUILT-3.032 trial, revealing a 71% complete response rate for its treatment ANKTIVA in patients with BCG-unresponsive non-muscle invasive bladder cancer. The median duration of complete response was 26.6 months, with some responses lasting over 53 months. Additionally, the study reported an 84% cystectomy-free survival rate at 36 months and a 98.2% disease-specific survival rate at three years, with no severe treatment-related adverse events noted.
