Idorsia Initiates Phase 3 FAB-KLEAR Study and Enters Co-Development Agreement with Nxera

Idorsia initiated FAB-KLEAR, a pivotal Phase 3 kidney biopsy study evaluating lucerastat as a potential disease-modifying treatment for adults with Fabry disease. The company also signed a co-development and commercialization agreement granting Nxera exclusive rights to develop and commercialize lucerastat in Japan and selected Asia Pacific territories, excluding China. Nxera will pay Idorsia CHF 7 million upfront, contribute to the global Phase 3 program, and Idorsia is eligible for royalties on sales in the licensed territories.
