Infineon Technologies AG has announced an expanded collaboration with NVIDIA to develop 800 VDC power architectures for AI data centers, focusing on high-voltage intermediate bus converters (IBCs). This initiative leverages Infineon's gallium nitride (GaN) technology to enhance energy efficiency, power density, and thermal management.
