Immunovia AB Releases Q3 2026 Interim Report

Immunovia reported Q3 2026 net sales of SEK 843,000 and an operating loss of SEK 17.7 million, down from SEK 25.1 million a year earlier. Operating cash flow improved to negative SEK 14.9 million from negative SEK 16.1 million, partly due to lower clinical-study spending. PancreaSure was being used at 36 surveillance centers, and the company submitted a Medicare coverage request on September 28. Immunovia also announced a rights issue of approximately SEK 63 million, about 80% of which was secured.
