Intelligent Protection Management Corp. Signs Definitive Agreement to Acquire Advanced Technology Distributors Business

Intelligent Protection Management Corp. (IPM) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Advanced Technology Distributors business for up to $2.7 million. The acquisition will occur in two stages, starting with a 49% stake in a new subsidiary, JVCo, followed by the remaining 51%, contingent on regulatory approvals for a CLEC license transfer. This move aims to enhance IPM's managed services platform and expand its customer base among small and medium-sized businesses in California.
