Itron Reports Q3 2026 Financial Results and Updates Full-Year Outlook

Itron reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $599.3 million, above the FactSet estimate of $595.5 million, and adjusted EPS of $1.94, exceeding the $1.56 consensus. For Q4, it forecast revenue of $621 million to $636 million and adjusted EPS of $1.70 to $1.80. Itron updated its full-year 2026 outlook to revenue of $2.37 billion to $2.39 billion and adjusted EPS of $6.72 to $6.82.
