Iterum Therapeutics plc (Nasdaq: ITRM) has filed a petition in the High Court in Ireland to wind up its operations, with a hearing scheduled for April 13, 2026. The court has appointed Damien Murran and Jennifer McMahon from Teneo Restructuring as Joint Provisional Liquidators. If the court grants the winding up order, it will lead to the dissolution of the company and its Irish subsidiary, Iterum Therapeutics International Limited, which is also in provisional liquidation.
