KAP AG Adjusts 2026 Financial Guidance

KAP AG lowered its 2026 revenue guidance to EUR 220 million–EUR 240 million from EUR 230 million–EUR 250 million, and its normalised EBITDA forecast to EUR 14.5 million–EUR 17.5 million from EUR 19 million–EUR 23 million. The company attributed the revisions to currency headwinds from the stronger Israeli shekel and Hungarian forint, as well as a major EV customer’s short-notice withdrawal of expected call-offs at its Heiche US facility in Jasper, causing significant capacity underutilisation.
