Tata Motors Completes Initial Settlement of Tender Offer for Iveco Group

Tata Motors and Iveco Group completed the initial settlement of Tata Motors’ voluntary tender offer for Iveco’s common shares. The offeror, TML CV Holdings B.V., now owns approximately 89.42% of Iveco’s share capital, excluding treasury shares, and Iveco has become part of Tata Motors. The offer will reopen for five trading days, from November 2 through November 6, 2026, to allow additional shareholders to tender their shares.
