Ladder Capital Corp (NYSE: LADR) reported third-quarter earnings of 35 cents per share, surpassing the analyst consensus estimate of 31 cents, and quarterly sales of $118.904 million, exceeding expectations of $79.433 million. Following the announcement, Ladder Capital shares rose 3.3% to $9.11. The overall U.S. stock market showed mixed results, with the Dow Jones gaining approximately 250 points on the same day.
