Lipocine Licensing Partner Verity Pharmaceuticals Receives Health Canada Approval For TLANDO Capsules For Testosterone Replacement Therapy In Adult Males

Lipocine Inc. (NASDAQ: LPCN) announced that its licensing partner, Verity Pharmaceuticals, has received Health Canada approval for TLANDO (testosterone undecanoate) capsules, intended for testosterone replacement therapy in adult males with male hypogonadism. Verity Pharma, which holds exclusive commercial rights to TLANDO in North America, plans to launch the product in Canada by the end of 2026. The companies entered an exclusive license agreement in January 2024, granting Verity Pharma regulatory and commercialization responsibilities for TLANDO in both the U.S. and Canada.
