Luda Technology Group agreed on October 30, 2026, to acquire a 55% stake in Asia AI Data Centre & Quantum Technology Company Limited for $935,000, comprising $600,000 in cash and $335,000 in newly issued ordinary shares. The acquisition marks Luda’s entry into computing infrastructure operations and management, diversifying beyond stainless and carbon steel manufacturing. Luda also signed an MOU with Huazhi Future to explore strategic opportunities in AI infrastructure.
