Brookfield Asset Management and CPP Investments Complete Acquisition of LXP Industrial Trust

Brookfield Asset Management and CPP Investments completed their all-cash acquisition of LXP Industrial Trust, in a transaction valued at approximately $5.2 billion, including net debt and preferred equity. LXP shareholders received $61.20 per share in cash. LXP has ceased trading on the New York Stock Exchange and is now privately held.
