MiMedx Group Announces U.S. Court Issues Favorable Ruling In Co.'s Litigation Against FDA's Regulatory Classification Of AXIOFILL

MiMedx Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: MDXG) announced a favorable ruling from the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia regarding its litigation against the FDA's classification of AXIOFILL. The Court vacated the FDA's determination that AXIOFILL is more than minimally manipulated and should be classified as a biological product instead of a medical device. The case has been remanded to the FDA for further consideration.
