McCormick explained that Muse operates as an active agent rather than a passive chat tool. “It’s not just giving you back research or feedback,” McCormick said. “It’s actually acting on behalf of what I’m saying,” noting that the application can carry out commercial transactions on a user’s behalf, with approval required for sensitive actions such as purchases.
