MacroGenics Doses First Patient In Phase 1 Study Of MGC030, Antibody-Drug Conjugate Directed Against Undisclosed Target, In Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors

MacroGenics, Inc. (NASDAQ: MGNX) has announced the dosing of the first patient in a Phase 1 study of MGC030, a first-in-class antibody-drug conjugate targeting an undisclosed antigen in patients with advanced solid tumors. The study is designed to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary antitumor activity of MGC030, with up to 54 participants expected in the dose escalation phase, which may expand further at selected dose levels.
