Minesto Reports Q1–Q3 2026 Interim Results and Announces Planned Rights Issue

Minesto reported an operating loss of SEK 23.3 million and operating income of SEK 16.3 million for the period ended September 30, 2026, with SEK 29.9 million in cash at period-end. The company plans a rights issue of approximately SEK 130 million to support development of its first commercial tidal energy farms; subscription undertakings and guarantees cover 60% of the offering. Minesto was also selected to enter grant agreement preparation with the European Commission for €20.2 million in funding for a 10 MW project in Ireland.
