Mobile-health Network Signs Deal To Acquire PP Grid For $1.5M

Mobile-health Network Solutions (NASDAQ: MNDR) has announced its acquisition of 100% of PP Grid Sdn. Bhd. for $1.5 million, effective March 16, 2026. The acquisition will be executed through a Cayman Islands Special Purpose Vehicle and will allow MNDR to hold a 96.5% equity interest in IRIX Properties Sdn. Bhd., which owns land designated for a 25 MW AI-optimized data center. The purchase consideration will be satisfied by converting a refundable deposit made under a previous memorandum of understanding.
