Modine reported second-quarter fiscal 2027 net sales of $994.4 million, up 35% year over year, and adjusted diluted EPS of $1.35, up 27%. The company cited strong demand in data centers and commercial HVAC as drivers of revenue growth. After completing the Performance Technologies spin-off on October 1, 2026, Modine set continuing-operations fiscal 2027 guidance of $3.1 billion to $3.2 billion in net sales and $470 million to $500 million in adjusted EBITDA.
