Molecular Partners Selects MP0730 as Lead Radio-DARPin Candidate

Molecular Partners AG has selected MP0730 as its lead Radio-DARPin candidate, targeting the tumor-associated antigen CD70. This marks the third addition to its pipeline of targeted alpha radiotherapeutics, with a first-in-human clinical study expected to begin in the second half of 2027. Recent preclinical data indicated strong tumor uptake and a favorable biodistribution profile in tumor-bearing mice.
