Merck Updates 2026 Financial Guidance

Merck raised its 2026 worldwide sales guidance to $66.8 billion–$67.3 billion from $66.3 billion–$67.3 billion. It increased non-GAAP EPS guidance to $2.77–$2.82 from $2.66–$2.76 and narrowed its non-GAAP operating expense outlook to $42.4 billion–$42.9 billion. The revised EPS outlook includes one-time charges related to the Cidara and Terns Pharmaceuticals acquisitions and the SciBrunch licensing agreement.
