Mitie Group plc Receives UK National Security Clearance for OCS Acquisition

Mitie Group plc has received UK National Security clearance for its acquisition by OCS Group International Limited, with the UK Investment Security Unit confirming no further action under the National Security and Investment Act 2021. The acquisition also obtained merger control clearance from the European Commission. The deal, structured as a scheme of arrangement, is subject to additional conditions and is expected to be effective in the first quarter of 2027.
